Harbour City Helicopters Limited is based in Whakatane, located in the sunny Bay of Plenty, with close proximity to a spectacular coastline, steaming volcano’s and the pristine Te Urewera National Park.

We offer a variety of flight options which include scenic flights, hunting and fishing trips, photography, frost protection, commercial, helicopter transfers and for that special occasion we have gift vouchers available.

We are a professional operation with staff that have over 40 years combined experience in the aviation industry. The business was originally established in Wellington in 1999.

Harbour City Helicopters Limited is certified under Rule Part 135 to carry passengers and complies with operating standards outlined by the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority.
